Lets start with the rueben. I could barely get through it. It was the toughest piece of corn beef I have ever experienced. Then... my girl friend got the fish fry. First two pieces had hardly any fish in them. The the next two weren't even edible. And to behonest. The place kind of smelled bad.. Update... That was a little disrespectful, my name is Rick Read more

The fish used to be incredible here ! I don't know what happened but it was not the same . Very small , 2 pieces to start , I... little piece if you wanted more . The Cole slaw is made with pure mayonnaise . It was not a good experience . Although theowner /manager was incredibly nice ! Read more

I have lived not far from this establishment for 16 years and I am disappointed that I didn't discover how good this food is... sooner, I haven't had everything yet on the menu, but very much plan too, what I have had has been delicious, my personalfavorite would have to be the Philly wrap with fries I've had this now twice and both times were a complete repeat from thelast, the service is also excellent, I never waited long, Firehouse is my new go to pick for the local belly grumbles Read more

We wish this could be a five star as we were hoping this would be our new spot. Unfortunately it was bad all around :(. We got 2... different draft beers, either the glasses were dirty or the kegs were bad because they tasted gross. The waitress expected us toknow how the restaurant worked, it was our first time. We asked for a side of tater tots. Out came these giant stuffed potatothings (that tasted as if the fryer needed cleaned). When asked are these an appetizer or a side (as ordered) we were then toldthey don?t have tater tots?. But it was still jotted down as if they did. Food was nothing special. Fries were gross again thatfryer needs cleaned you can taste it ????After the beer mishap we asked for what was in bottle, we ordered a bottled beer andaluminum came. Do not even bother with boneless wings. They?re probably 1inch by 1inch. Upside: My daughter?s kid meal was adecent amount. The garlic hot was a good flavor. I always try somewhere twice so I guess we?ll be back for a round two. I seethe manager always ?thanks for coming!? Or something of the sort. Let?s pray for a better 2nd round. Pls tell tell me you sawthis by replying anything other than thanks for coming. Please we want this to be a spot for us ???? Read more

They dropped the ball big time on this one.... I have been here about 4-5 times. We mostly go to Firehouse in Tallmadge because... it is closer. Since we enjoyed this place the previous times, We brought other family members with us.. Told them the food wasgreat and good place. My wife ordered chicken tenders.... They looked like you guys bought them from Save a lot... Not good atall... Menu said $12.99.. I got the check, and was charged $14.99. Plus $1.99 upgrade for onion rings. I asked what was goingon, she said their prices fluctuate. Supply and demand! Now I have just overpaid for some Save a lot tenders... And she didnot finish them because she did not like them. My wife's go to food at restaurants are chicken tenders. So, if she didn'tfinish them, there must have been an issue.. The kids ordered boneless wings.... Actually more like chicken nuggets or littlechicken popper bites...... Rip off on those! Then, I told my dad that I was over charged, and he said he was too! He said heordered a burger. No add ons, nothing special about it. The menu said one price, but his check said $16.99 for a burger w/fries. WOW! Fluctuation again?? If this is the case, do not put the price on the menu. People look at prices on food as wellas what they want to eat.. Also, $9.50 for a tall medium shelf long Island??? I'll let this one slide... Like I statedpreviously, the previous times were fine... From now on, we are gonna just stick with the Tallmadge Firehouse. Better qualityof food. Read more
