I would give them 10 if it was an option. They are very reasonable easy to work with. We have used them for several family... events now. The last time we used them the order didn?t go exactly like we hoped and the owner came in on a Sunday when theywere closed to fix the cookies and make them perfect for my sisters shower! I have driven past many times over the past few years and... always wanted to stop in but store was closed so I was excited to be able to try the cupcakes from the fundraiser. I was sodisappointed by the size of the cupcakes. The cake portion was barely an inch tall and the cake did not even reach top of thecupcake paper. Cake was nothing special and frosting was just ok.
