You can tell the love and care that goes into everything that the restaurant offers. The bestoption is to call ahead to place your order. Get there a little early and enjoy the garden out front, or enjoy the views of thepond across the street until your food is ready. Patrick owner/chef is the Eagle Scout of BBQ! The basic smash burger was anything but (note to self: order two next time). The... bun held up well to the immense flavors coming from the slaw base, no ketchup or mustard required. That also goes for the saltand vinegar fries. Freshly cut and crispy due to the smaller slicing are the perfect pairing. While the menu may seem limited,don't let it fool you as to what wonderful meals are being put out of such a small kitchen.
