I swear churches chicken is better. The sizes of chicken is small. Not so crispy. However, this location on 350 is always out of... something. Iv never been there and not out of something. Who ever the manager that orders should have more training. Once atthis location, my spouse and I went inside to order. The employees was frustrated about others complaining about their drivethru orders and asked how we got into the store.. apparently they was all done working and closed the inside to clean up andleave and lock up early (is what they was all talking about). Popeye's in Raytown wasn't great a few years ago but they seem to have remedied that. The last few years every time I go in the... staff is great and on top of it. The food is hot and fresh and the interior is very clean. Read more
They were very rude and definitely not friendly at all. When I pulled up to the speaker instead of being asked "how can I help... you?" I got "hello? " I understand fast food sucks but if you don't like your job maybe you should find a different one. Read more
This place is the most disorganized and had the worst customer service. The staff had trouble understanding and speaking English... and were very rude. first of all, i had a simple drive thru order of 2 combo meals, 2 extra biscuits and 2 drinks that i had torepeat 3 times. when i got to the window, the nasty attitude began when i asked several times for some sauces, she didntunderstand but finally answered ?we dont have?! To keep from holding up the line, i pulled up to check my bag due to a previousbad experience. I had not received all of my order nor my drinks. I went inside, waited in line where everyone was having issueswith their orders. I asked for the missing part of my order and drinks. The older lady was again rude but eventually gavepermission for me to get my food and 2 drink cups. i went to the drink fountain and there was only carbonated water. i went backto the counter explained my problem in a firm tone and she told me the machine is broke and for me to calm down! Last night I was up there and they had all the doors locked and no note on the door. The drive through was open. My... complaint is that there was no note on the door and there was an female employee texting or playing on her phone. She madeeye contact with me twice, but didn't BOTHER to come over and say why. Another thing is that why is Popeyes paying someoneto hold up the counter and pay on her phone? Looks like a waste of payroll to me. That's some of the waste that Popeyes could cut out. Stop paying people to do absolutely nothing. We left and gave KFC our business. They were more than happyto accommodate us and had the same amount of people.
