Around 5/6 pm .. I called ahead because I like my wings extra extra well done. The cashier seem like she didn?t know what she... was doing . She was on her phone. My wings wasn?t hot lemon it was just lemon pepper I was told I was waiting on fries when Iwent to pick up but my fries wasn?t fresh hot so I?m confused on what I was waiting on. I had to go back up there to fix thewings and the new bag of wings didn?t come extra extra well done and it barely had lemon pepper seasoning. If it?s slow in thestore every order should be made correctly! it?s wings and fries how can you mess up wings and fries ?!!! The food is great quality and tastes fresh! But their attention to detail isn?t so great. They seemed to forget my all flats... with my last order but once I called and told them that my order wasn?t as I requested they offers me a free 5 piece even thoughI ordered an 8 piece. I accepted it anyway since I didn?t want to drive all the way back. I suggest checking your order beforeyou leave even though that?s defeats the purpose of ordering to go. Fries were cold, ordered tenders/ wings with extra sauce ?wet? and received wings with several pieces That were dry. Only 1... ranch in the bag??! When I went back to report the mishap to the manager Kevin initially hung up the phone while I wasexplaining the problem. When we went back to have the order replaced we were treated as though we were just looking for freefood. This manager and crew were unprofessional and I do not recommend anyone to go to this location. terrible service. 11//21 I ordered food. Got home it was the wrong food. Called back the same day they put me on hold. Then hung... up.Called again no one answered it kept ringing called back a hour later same thing. Spoke to Kevin on 11/22 he told me he can?tissue me a refund cause he wasn?t the manager on duty on 11/21 I said why not since he is a manager. He told me no I have towait a week in half for the other manager to get back. I told him I didn?t get a receipt because the young man was havingtrouble issuing me one it was jamming apparently. I told him I remember the time purchasing it and I have the card. And bankstatement. I then asked for the district manger contact information. He told me he couldn?t give it to me I asked why.
