Worst Chipotle I've ever been to. Consistently don't have enough workers for the volume of orders they get, online orders are... always 15 minutes late and they don't care about the quality of ingredients. Ordered online for pickup, got in on time and it was not ready. They explained my order got lost in the system. 17 mins later I... got in line for my order...a girl asked what I wanted so I explained and she did not say anything just went to work, no apologyor communication. Ordered a steak bowl with fajita veggies...none in the bin and she skipped over it so I asked if they were outand she just said yeah. Scraped the bottom of the barrel tomato salsa before getting out a fresh one for the next customer. Andmy order got doused in sour cream. A boy was working on the order behind me, mine got done about thr same time, but he usheredthe person behind me to pay for his first. Then looks at me and asks if I want a bag. I asked the boy if they were understaffedand he said no they were just busy. Walked out with my order at 5:03pm. Usually I'm not one to complain but this location hasbeen very disappointing the last few times we tried it. Either the order is not ready, ran out of product, burnt veggies, or acompletely different order! We are big on customer service where I am at, and the boy was nice, but this store needs to work onapologizing and thanking their customers and trying to make things right.
