I just had the worst experience I've ever had at KFC. I pulled through the drive through, placed my order for 5pc chicken... tenders and spicy chicken sandwich meals which came out to $25 and change, not cheap. Then I get the meals and there are only 3tenders in one box and 4pc of chicken in the other. Taking time out of my day I did not want to lose, I walked inside to resolvemy order. The "manager" Tiffany said someone would be right with me even though there was noone in the dining area and only 1car in the drive through. The girl that came to the counter was very rude, told me my order was my fault but she would take careof it. She took the 4pc to the back then made a sandwich with a bun, hot sauce and a chicken tender, put it and fries in a bagand asked if I wanted a side for my inconvenience. I replied no but an extra tender or 2 would be nice since there was a $2 andchange difference between a 4pc meal and the sandwich, plus I already paid for 5 tenders but only got 3. She said "oh, I can'tdo that" I said " then we need to redo the transaction for the price difference, she then says "that is why I offered youanother side because they are like $3." Seeing me unmoved, she screams for the manager "Tiffany" who emerges from the back sometime later, and without even acknowledging my presents, starts doing something with cash in the register drawer.
