My husband and I got married in September 2021 and I can confidently say that Dave and the staff at Panevino did everything they... could?and more?to make our wedding one of the best days of our lives. Our wedding was planned during the height of the pandemicand, as such, we ran into our fair share of hiccups. We originally chose Panevino because they offered a fantastic value thathad everything we wanted and the use of their restaurant space for our reception. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstancesrelated to Covid, their restaurant space became impossible to use. Before reaching out to share the bad news with me, Daveconsulted our ceremony venue to see if they could host our reception and secured multiple options for us?at no extra cost.Similarly, due to the same unforeseen circumstances, Panevino was unable to procure alcohol for the event, but Dave worked withus to ensure we purchased the right amount and reimbursed us. Dave and his Panevino staff were communicative, kind, andinvested in our wedding, and he more or less held our hands through the entire process. Our wedding guests raved about the food,the service, and the events of the night for months after. Despite the hiccups and stress of planning a wedding during Covid,our wedding day was flawless, beautiful, and nurtured to perfection by Panevino. We could not be more grateful. Read more
I booked a wedding there a week ago this is just my experience. While touring and looking for a venue I really saw the... potential and got a great feel for it. The actual execution of the day was average. Not the best and not the worst. It wasadvertised that the bridal suite would have mimosas. I didn?t have any bridesmaids but my daughter, mom, grandma, and weddingplanner were with me in the bridal suite. We just wanted water but it was very hard to get even though it?s advertised as tohave the mimosas included. The bartender said she knew nothing about it. It was really hot. I was sweating and so were theguests. Throughout the night I had to keep going up and asking for the next thing on the itinerary to be done such as dinnerand cake cutting. The staff felt lifeless except for the two bartenders. At the end of the night there were confetti balloonsthat were popped and the confetti left on the floor from an independent decorator separate from the wedding planner. The guy incharge verbally attacked the wedding planner as she was the only one still there. She had explained that it wasn?t herresponsibility bc it wasn?t. It was the decorator that should have cleaned up. He called me and left me a voicemail cursing meout. I still have it as proof. I called back and he immediately began yelling and cursing. I literally had to talk him down. Iapologized for the confetti and it was cleaned up by the wedding planner. I would never recommend anyone to give there businessto a place so willing to turn to violence at the first second of an issue arising. We had our wedding catered by them and it was above and beyond what I had expected. The food was amazing and delicious, their... staff and the owner were more then helpful, setting up, packing up leftovers, having everything flowing with ease. Fed 135people easily, with tons of extra food for people to bring home. Plus, they made us a peach sangria in a fountain, 10 gallonsworth, that was gone within 30 min of the wedding my only complaint is that I didn't bring them more wine to make 20 gallons ofit. We had a customer event for about 70 people at Panevino. Normally with a larger crowd who all need to be serviced at one time,... it becomes difficult. They did such an extraordinary job from beginning to end. Plenty of people serving us, a private bar andspecial cheese tray. The drink selections, service and timing of everything was literally perfect! The food was absolutelyterrific. We had many incredible comments by our customers. A place to go when you have a need for a larger party. I've beenthere with just 4 people and had a great experience as well, but when you have larger crowds, I know it can be challenging.Kudos to Dave and his team.
