My family & I have been coming here for dinners for many, many years. All the way back to when it was called Jumbo... Buffet! Every year since I was very young, I?ve been coming here to have my birthday dinner. Honestly, they should have a SushiRoll named after me at this point! (????) On my birthdays, I always look forward to getting a cake & Happy Birthday sung to me. After stuffing my face with tons of Coconut Shrimp, Crab Casserole & Sushi, of course! Which ? are all of my favorite foodsfrom this place. I?ve only ever had maybe 2-3 times where the visit was less than ideal, however, they typically make it backup to you by giving you a discount on your check ? which is NOT cheap, unfortunately! But, it?s well worth it. Especially ifyou?re an avid Chinese food/Sushi eater, then you can for sure get your moneys worth! They have a good 5-7 Sushi rolls out at atime & many different food items to choose from; including an ?American? section ideal for children who aren?t all about Chineseor Sushi. The food is normally all very good! They?ve definitely stepped up their game in switching out the items when theyget low or have been sitting out for too long. But, the best chances for that is if you go either during lunch hours or at adecent time for dinner ? if you show up an hour or two before they close, chances are the food won?t be switched out as often orat all & it?ll most likely be cold or just not as great as it usually is. One solid complaint, which happens every time we go,is expect the ?waiters? to hover over you after you receive your check as they are awaiting a tip. - of course, they alwaysreceive one, but it all depends on how their hospitality was. Some days they?ll be very on top of taking your finished dishesor offering refills (THAT is when they get a great tip), but other times your dishes will pile up & you?ll be offered a refillmaybe once. Great food. They always have a large variety to choose from.
I stopped here for the Sunday lunch buffet for $18.95. The food was tasty, there was a pretty good selection, the service was... good, and the staff wore masks. Unfortunately, I can't really be sure that they had Snow Crab legs because every time I went tothe bar to look for them their tray was empty. On the other hand, the trays on either side containing Canjun Crawfish and BlueCrabs were always full. Read more
