When he got home I discovered that the cookie dough that I ordered was missing. I called the establishment and spoke with themanager and she said she had been at the counter all day and did not hear any of her employees speak rudely. I asked her tocredit my payment for the cookie dough. Then I said I guess since you did not hear your employee speak rudely it must have nothappened then. She said "Oh wow now who's rude?"
