I happen to really enjoy Shari's Cafe. It reminds me of days gone past where the portions are generous and healthy. The staff... was very considerate and were in no hurry for me to move on. I ordered the prime rib sandwich and it was such a great meal. I asked for it prepared philly style which was $2 extra but well... worth the price. It comes with fries or a different choice if one would like with a side of horshradish and Au ju. The waitresswas very friendly, checkes in plenty of times as well as came back to get refills without anyone of us asking which was verynice of her. I even left with a Strawberry Rhubarb pie! $14.99 is not bad at all for a homemade pie! Too bad I live 1.5 hoursaway! I will definitely return when I am back in the area! Read more
Tried the fully loaded baked potato soup and the deep fried cauliflower (I've NEVER liked cauliflower!!) BOTH WERE AMAZING!! So... much that I make some deep fried cauliflower at home a week later!! Lunch was great, service was super-friendly and quick enough. Club sandwich was on a Parmesan-crusted sourdough and too big to... finish. Husband?s burger was reportedly really good.
