Definitely not impressed! We were hungry, it was late in the day and pizza was quick - or so we thought. I was in the website... trying to order a pizza and kept getting an error message, time after time - 15 min. worth of error messages - even copiedthem! We decided to call the Domino's store but the lady who answered the phone said quite rudely that she couldn't help mebecause their system isn't hooked up to the main Domino's site. "You're going to have to order in the store" she said. Nowthe whole issue is that if you order online, each pizza is $2.00 cheaper than if you order at the store. I was trying to usethat option unsuccessfully. Side note: the person in front of me was complaining about their order also. To make a long storyshort, this store was reported to Domino's Corporate but the store owner never bothered to respond. Poor customer service, notgoing back. Read more
Most of the time I love getting food from Domino's. However, here lately I'm not sure what has changed. My order was not... complicated at all. All that was orderd was a soda and stuffed cheese bread. Should be easy, well I'm not sure who the thequality inspector was/is but they need to be retrained. I'm not sure who shaped it, left it in the oven too long or why theyforgot to stuff it with the cheese. In the end I paid for a dry, cheeseless, weird shaped overcook dough. I have a huge concern when people put out poor customer service, especially when it comes to making my food. Called in tonight... about the five cheese dip and Parmesan that I purchased. It was a buttery mess spilled everywhere because it wasn?t properlyclosed and it was burnt with barely any cheese. All I wanted was a sorry and a replacement. Instead I got a smart mouthed femalewho stated it?s suppose to be this way and she will not be replacing it and she?ll be sure to tell the manager who is theretomorrow not to replace it. Just a total smart mouth for no reason. Not to mention this butter got all over my sons brand newcar seats.
