Not all subways locations are created equal. I judge them on how they make a Tuna wrap. Let's face it, Tuna is the least... expensive meat you can buy. If they skimp on that, nothing else that you order is going to be worth the money. Red Lion andManchester are my favorite locations. I won't visit Queen St or Eastern Blvd anymore. Read more
May 25, 2022 about 7 pm. I don?t know who the manager is that is working tonight but they need to kick her to the curb. There... were 5 young employees and the manager?the 5 employees were running the front line taking care of customers. There wereobviously some inexperienced, new people on the line. The manager did nothing but berate and interfere with their performance.While the one young man was taking my payment she stood in the opening to the back area and said ? can you NOT GRASP WHAT I AMTELLING YOU?!? The cashier had stepped away to get me some cookies (why aren?t they in the cookie case? Why does the cashierhave to thread the gauntlet to get cookies at the opposite end of the counter?),so this young man took my payment. He was TRYINGto be HELPFUL and keep busy! She berated him three times while I was waiting for my order. I know that she?ll bemoan the factthat they can?t hire good help and ?these kids! Blah! Blah! Blah!? But I will bet every dollar she makes that not one of thoseemployees will be there in 30 days. Everyone of them look like whipped dogs. Get rid of this woman!!!! BTW this is not the firstmiserable experience we have had watching her browbeat her employees. Pretty sure we?ll be eating at the nearby Burger Kinguntil I get the bad taste out of my mouth. Got there a 6:00pm on 3/6. Toaster broke and could not toast bread but kept going. Counter person "heated up" the chicken for my... two subs. Finished the counter run and left 10 minutes to get home and both subs were still cold Wife's sub with bacon, baconwas all but raw. He chicken was cold so she had to reheat bacon and chicken. Gave them a second chance but this time was as badas the last. Sorry, not going to another Subway again. Read more
Back when this subway was open for lunch, it was great. Unfortunately current economic conditions are leading many restaurants... to operate with just one shift per day. It's a shame but we get the economy we deserve. RIP Subway lunch. Read more
