I decided to visit scoops after driving by several times just thinking it was a regular ice cream shop. When I seen someone else... post about the pecan pie parfait I decided to give it a try. Let me tell yall, this was the best decision EVER! That pecan pieparfait was hitting!! They have different kinds of parfaits as well. The pecan pie parfait is a limited edition but they maywant to keep it as a regular menu item ???? I will definitely be back! Oh yeah and they are a black owned business, so let'ssupport them!! My cousin recommended this place. Wanted something different than the normal franchise experience. Quaint location with lots of... personality. Staff was inviting and friendly. Service was fast and courteous. Advised that I was visiting due to arecommendation and they asked me to thank my family member. They also ended the transaction by inviting me back.
