My mom used to make these for me 45 yrs ago to put in my lunch box, but she had a bit more pie filling in hers
Delicious but a tad bit on the pricey side so that's the only reason for the dock of 1 star. Great Quality pie that held up... being stored for a few hours. Wasn't greasy as I've found some other pies to be and the crust was hands down best quality andflavor was sweet and fresh! Read more
Was waiting in line to buy a pie. Man customer left after his purchase... Old woman working that day saw me behind him, she... walked off to the back to put something on the grill & stayed back there. Never acknowledged me about I be back or give me afew minutes. The fried pies were good when just out of the fryer because they?re so warm and crispy. Thankfully we were able to get a fresh... chocolate fried pie right out of the fryer but the rest of the pies we bought were cold and soggy. Read more
