Coming in the parkinglot is dirty, the chairs are ripped, dirty and worn and the water tastes funny. The coffee is probably the... best feature of this place and they combine burnt coffe with new. The veggies arent that good and there eggs are subpar. I wouldrather eat at Markos or Redford Grill until they can get themselves together. The customer service is sub par and doesn'tsupport the homeless. Charges way to much for not enough delivery. Read more
Ahhh. Where to begin. 1st time here since the pandemic. Mostly due to Frank's Diner changing their hours due to the shortage of... workers. They still have an help wanted sign up. 1st thing they're was a confusion of which waitress was mine. We had a newwaitress(I think) & another one. They both showed up at different times to take our order. Plus our sides arrived one secondthen came the main course. #2. My partner and I ordered specials. I had the hot turkey sandwich with mash potatoes and chickensoup. My partner had chicken parm. My hot turkey sandwich was good. I'm not a fan of turkey but I love open faced sandwich. Thechicken soup was excellent. My partners Chicken Parm was ok. The tomato sauce was ok. It was bland. It needed something butdon't know what. The spaghetti sauce (the same) was ok. I know you shouldn't order pasta at a family restaurant. Should go to aItalian restaurant for that. As a whole everything was ok. Restaurant was packed. Also prices have went up since precovid.
