This place serves some great food. I had the Chile verde plate and was so good. Meat was tender and juicy. Chips and salsa was... also on point. The service was also great didnt I ended up leaving a good tip. I highly recommend this restaurant. Read more
I like the Huichos on Colton so decided to try the larger full service restaurant on California and Barton. Didn't look like it... was open but lots of people inside. I ordered the Chile relleno w rice and beans. It was a large Chile and freshly battered.Rice was fluffy and overall. Vla very good dish. You'll find the same sauces here as the other location. Lots of parking. Large space inside some tvs w sports. The food is good and the service was great. Free tortilla chips and... salsa at the table. Lots of options on the menu. Breakfast lunch and dinner. Ordered carne asada chimichanga. It was prettygood, a little dry so ask for sauces. Or get it wet. Yummy. The super fries with carnitas were so good. Lots of guac, salsa andsour cream. The carnitas were so good. Cheese either nacho cheese or shredded. Seating is comfortable. The air conditioning isgreat. Escape the hot weather outside and come in for food and beer. Or sit outside at their patio tables. The salsas inbottles are great there's a green, red, and orange one. The bathrooms were clean. We had a great dinner at Huicho's Mexican Food last night. Having just found out about the restaurant after reading about it in... the Redlands Community News we knew we had to try it out. The salsa was excellent! The chips were just ok. I ordered the sopa dealbondigas which was excellent. It came with a red rice on the side which was very good AND onions and cilantro!! No wine butmargaritas, micheladas, and beer. The margarita was great! My only criticism would be that the interior could use some interiordecorating at least on the side where we were sitting. Definately will return to try out more dishes. The owner/chef, Huicho,was very friendly and it was great taking to him about the delicious cuisine of Mexico! Read more
