2 stars because I love Wendy?s food, it?s delicious, however the service at this particular Wendy?s has constantly been really... bad. They constantly get our order wrong and a few times someone in the kitchen is yelling at the staff and berating them fornot being faster. Read more
Wendy's online is just another one of these online order restaurants that need to get more in-depth (forgot to add extras in the... bag) and more timely. The apps always suck, they take up too much time and always suggesting items. be more user friendly.Probably better if the apps were voice recognition! If you let us do the deciding what we want we might order more, but by thetime we get through playing with your app, we want to just get it over with! Also how about communicating with the restaurantdirectly so they can get the order straight and know it's coming! Read more
Worst Wendy's ever!!! We stopped by on 10/5/22 a Wednesday night about 11pm. The woman at the drive thru was sick and coughed... into her hand and then put the lid on the drink without washing her hands. Her and the girl helping her only gave us half ourorder. Then they had us backup to restart their timer. Still, after all of this they didn't give us our entire order. Themanager came to the window and said we need to wait in the parking lot because of the timer. We waited, no one came out so weleft. Read more
Fast grease isn't on my menu anymore but, Wendy puts out a pretty decent summer salad. It has strawberries, walnuts, lettuce,... cheese and a delicious champagne dressing. The staff seemed new and mostly confused and the young lady manager lookedoverwhelmed and frustrated. The salad is good. Read more

They still have the place closed to the costumes only the drive thru. The guy that took my money at the window had a terrible... attitude...got mad because even though I asked for crispy fries he gave me some undercooked and cold fries so I asked nicely tochange those fries...but He was refusing so I said "I don't want anything then give me my money back" as I was giving him backmy burger and soda...Then he turned around and gave me some fresh and crispy fries.... I'm not going back to thatlocation...other Wendy's have great service. Read more
