We enjoy Yogurtland @ Mountain Grove. The day we went it started to rain with some Thunder. Power turned off for a few seconds... then right back on. The server?s looked a little scared. Other then that it?s an ok Yogurtland and we have been to a few. Read more
What?s the point of having a glass to prevent customers from serving themselves when the cashier will literally give you your... spoon with the same gloves she just counted your change with, she served customers with gloves she counts money with , thereason we want to come to is to enjoy serving your own toppings. So your afraid of a virus but not enough to keep theestablishment closed because you still want to make money from the public. If you?re going to open, do it all the way otherwisekeep it closed! I was craving froyo for a long time and decided to try this Yogurtland for the first time. I like how I was given a disposable... glove to use and the interior design was nice. The customer service could have been better because I was not offered my receiptand now I don't know what the merchant ID is in order to request points online. I would have appreciated more effort from theemployees but I loved the variety of toppings and available flavors. The pistachio flavor was not good in my opinion. Read more

Not impressed. Not very welcoming in-store experience. For starters there are no sample cups, no one is cleaning the handles... after multiple uses from what I witnessed. The staff was not rude but seemed overwhelmed and un able to move in a timely manner.My frozen yogurt was not exactly frozen by the time I got to it. I actually felt for the young lady, she seemed to be manningthe store alone. However, the yogurt was tasty, outside store-front seating was clean. Read more
