We recently had Green Apple Events and Catering as our caterer for our wedding on an Argosy boat (Lady Mary) with a guestlist of... about 60 people. The caterer business owner Kris was very helpful during our initial planning meeting and helped provide crucialinitial feedback for our event. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed the food at the event; all food was delicious and just as good assampled at the tasting meeting. The banquet team set up a beautiful display for the food and the staff was well-organized,friendly, and helpful for all requests. When my daughter announced that she wanted to plan a wedding within the next few months, I scrambled to find a caterer. Kris... and Green Apple Catering dealt so professionally with my novice approach to hiring a caterer with amazing support andwillingness to answer every question. The catering team that arrived was so professional, competent and friendly that I wasable to step out of the way. The food was terrific (may I recommend the shrimp as a starter!! Let?s start with the good. The food was soooooooo tasty, the presentation and packaging was perfect for our wedding day! We did... the express menu and we could not have asked for better options. We almost ran out of food, haha. Now for the not so good. Theyare loosing a star for communication. At times it was hard to get fast responses leading up to the day. Making it difficult tofinish tasks like signing contracts and getting payment to them. Overall they were great and we would recommend them to othersfor catering! Green Apple was absolutely amazing to work with. We planned a celebration of life for a family member from 900 miles away in... California. It was super easy to work with Kris - she responded like lightning, had great suggestions, and we did this all on anridiculously tight time schedule. She even took the time to scope out the park shelter that we reserved to make sure she wasready. After the service at Tahoma, all our guests drove to the park and were greeted with a delicious array of food - what ajoy to have everything ready and waiting for us.
