Disappointing. The onion rings were ok, the burger were mediocre. The shake was ok. 7 year old: would you come back here? Me:... not on purpose. Doors and windows were all open on a rainy cold day, large fan going. We asked why and were given a shrug with,"I don't know." No lights were on. Used a 13 oz glass for a beer I was charged for 16 oz. Didn't know what malt vinegarwas. Saltiest tots we've ever had. Weird slimy green "sauce" we think had iceberg lettuce in it, came with the fish...? Lookedlike the stuff that drips out of a burger while you eat it. Plastic fork broke *in* the peanut butter as it was being scoopedinto the shake. Uber eats delivery guy whacked his head on the corner of the TV protruding into the walkway, set at about 5'11".We almost had the same issue. Why did we see it through? Shrug. We're having a good laugh and have bonded over this sharedexperience. Was this an extensive Halloween prank? Read more

It's not what it used to be. The more creative options, like the Dork Burger (duck and pork) are no longer on the menu, and the... burger I had was...okay. Nothing outstanding. There are significantly better burger places to go within a ten to fifteen minutewalk. It's a convenient location, and that's about it. Disappointing, but I guess it's a sign of the times, and at least it'sstill open unlike many places that closed during the pandemic. Read more

If you're looking for a quick burger before heading off somewhere this is a good place to go. Not the best quality but still... good for it's price and still pretty tasty. The loaded tater tots and Original Burger we're both pretty good and great portionsize for tots. The kiosk order is a little confusing though since the pictures aren't accurate and the kiosk doesn't explainmuch. I ended up getting double cheese because the picture and description of the Original Burger didn't show that it came withit and there was a cheese section that made it seem like that's where I was supposed to pick my cheese but didn't explain wellthat it was additional cheese. Too many flies around , had to carefully eat the burger. Burger was okay as they had 3-4 slices of tomato in it dominating the... flavour on every bite. Read more

Took one hour to get my food. I ordered online and waited their ten minute estimation. When I went in I was completely ignored.... Saw another family come in an ordered before anyone talked to me. The family of four who had multiple food items got their foodbefore me who just had two burgers and fries. They forgot the fries and had to wait an extra 5 minutes. I have worked in theservice industry for 7 years and this is by far the worst place I have eaten. The food was bland and small for the $40 I spent. My milkshake was gross. Didn?t even finish any of my food. Extremely disappointed that I had to leave a review like this. Read more
