The PLM team is amazing. They make the pick up process seamless so that you are in and out within a couple of minutes, leaving... with fresh, flavorful, and healthy meals for the week. The pricing is reasonable per dish and the meals offer a healthy optionfor people who love good, healthy, homecooked food but who don't always have the time to do the cooking. I am a local highschool teacher and while I would love to meal prep each week and cook each night, that doesn't always happen. PLM ensures thaton especially busy weeks, I have a balanced meal packed with protein. I've been ordering food for a couple months now and I am so satisfied with all the meals! The portion sizes are big, sometimes... large enough to split into two meals. Reheating is easy. Food options change every month or so. I really like how they use onlyreal ingredients, not fake substitutes. For example: for bacon they use tofu or for meat sauce they use lentils, not Beyond orImpossible or anything like that. I very much appreciate the ingredients used and how they're listed with macros on the site andon the containers. There's always protein in the meals which is amazing! Sometimes vegan meals are so carby but Plant Life doesa great job of balancing everything in their meals. And the containers they use are compostable! I'm blown away by thedeliciousness of these meals and highly recommend them! I'm a grad student who's also a teacher so it's nice to have highquality vegan meals already prepped! Read more

I've been getting Plant Life Meals for about two months now as I transition back to a fully plant-based lifestyle. I'm a huge... foodie and I am genuinely excited every time I get to eat their meals!
