I told them i want to use rewards and they charge me, when i said i need you return money they refuse and offer me a free drink... card and i say can i use it now they say no. No refund nothing!!!! Great customer service !!!!! Read more
Awful. The 2 ladies were both new and had no clue how to ring anyone up or make the drinks. Waited a LONG time before I walked... away. Whoever manages this Starbucks needs to do their job. Read more
I can never give more than 1 star until Starbucks gets Irish cream flavorings
