Our order was: 2 Philly cheese steak (1 /w extra meat and extra cheese) and a Hot Pastrami w/extra mustard, no swiss and 2... orders of fries. We sat and waited for 40 minutes. Watched ppl come and go, assuming they had ordered on line. After 40 minuteswe went up to the counter and asked where our food was and low and behold!! It's sitting right in front of him on the counter.When we asked him how long it had been sitting there? He looked at us dumb founded. The lack of organization and communicationREALLY needs help! Good food but service is absolutely terrible. This is the 2nd time this has happened where I place an order online (so I can... skip the line as they promote). My pickup time is scheduled 20 minutes later and when I arrive I am told my food will be readyin a few minutes. It took an extra 20 minutes for my subs and salads. The most upsetting part was 5 minutes after I was told afew minutes, 5 kids came in to order food. They were all served before I was. The service here needs major improvement. The hustle and care put in by every member of this exquisite team really shows in the excellent meals. The fries are honestly... priced (a dollar less than McDonald's large) and come in a variety of flavors, always fresh.
