I used to support this establishment but no longer go to the store after learning about how the employees are treated here. The... managers threaten their employees with the tip jar whenever they get upset or find any minor issue with their employees. If youdrop your ice cream don't bother asking for a new one, the managers forbid it. The behavior of these managers is cruel and theyshould not intimidate their employees by threatening to take away their tips. Find a different Baskin Robbins where theemployees are treated better.
