I remember coming here back in 2005 and the food was good. I went back 2 weeks ago for lunch and the food wasn't good.....it was... GREAT! I absolutely love the fried mushrooms and the laid back atmosphere made me want to stay for dinner. I will be going backto Canyon Inn....for dinner. Maybe I'll see you there! Read more

Let?s talk about the positive first. My Brother and I went in on Saturday Sept 10th at 4:30. I new nothing about the place and... the 49er football history. The young blonde kid behind the counter was very kind, but you could tell he was stressed becausethere was no other staff to help him behind the counter he informed me. So I tipped him $10 just to pay it forward. He told meall about the owner and the 49er football connection. But I?m not a sports fan, so I don?t care. I ordered the ribs, my Brotherordered the spaghetti and meatballs. Big disappointment. I?m pretty sure they just microwave things. There?s no smell of foodcooking. As a matter of fact it smelled like a very old establishment, as did the bathroom. My ribs were lukewarm and soaked inBBQ sauce, a pathetic green side salad with a tired looking slice of tomato and bell pepper on top. Along with a side oftasteless potato salad swimming in sour cream/ mayonnaise. Even the carbonation on the soda machine was flat. My BrothersSpaghetti was just as pathetic. It looked like it was warmed in a microwave. He said it tasted like Spaghetti O?s. The place isobviously resting on their laurels because of their 49er fans I guess. But all in all, the food was terrible, the place smelleddirty and the bathroom smelled like urine. The owner is obviously burned out and doesn?t care about food quality or cleanliness. Read more

Hidden gem! In the middle of nowhere, there is a great restaurant. It's only a few minutes off 280. Food is great and the staff... members are nice and friendly. The young man behind the cash register asked me if it was my first time visiting the restaurantand told me about the history of the restaurant. He highly recommended me to check out the memorabilia while waiting for thefood. Definitely the place to go when there's a 49ers garne. Read more

A niner fan (my boyfriend) wanted to make a stop here and boy we were not disappointed. If you're a 49er fan this is a spot you... need to visit. The walls are covered with sports clippings, memorabilia and photos. One of those bucketlist places if you're inthe Bay Area. Food was pretty good, burgers, mozzarella sticks and fries are a classic, I would recommend the Hacksaw burgerpersonally. Thanks Tim ???? love the place as the biggest 49er fan. Read more
