Ordered $150 in takeout. One of the orders was the chicken enchilada plate, the chicken was chopped chicken that is for tacos... not shredded. Food was flavorless. They served a tiny scoop of rice and beans and the rice was hard as if it was days old. Theyoung lady at the register seemed to be in a bad mood while she took our order. Food is overpriced for the amount that you get.They only gave us 4 little containers of salsa for 7 people and 2 little bags of chips. Definitely will never return again. Great food but lousy, horrible customer service. Almost all of the employees there always look so bothered or extremely annoyed.... I come to the window and I don?t get service unless I yell at them. They got my order wrong twice and when they did it right,they gave me half the portion of my food. I didn?t have the energy to complain so I?ll post right here so everyone has a headsup about this place. I love the food but I won?t be returning. This place is quickly going downhill. Ten years ago El Grullense was winning awards for its food. Today, I often wonder why the... chicken in my tacos smells bad. The meat here is very frequently so gross I can?t eat all of my tacos. Read more
