I called 3 times. Said they were open till 12am.... 9pm couldn't get a person to answer phone. Did online order for pick up. Go... to pick up pizza. Place is closed. .... Just stupid . They lost my business Read more
Sure, there are places that serve better quality pizza. For the price though, you can't get much better. I've always been very... happy with the prices and service here. The staff are very kind and will go above and beyond to make sure everything with yourorder goes smoothly. Despite not being the highest quality, the pizza really isn't bad for the price either - In my opinion,it's better than Little Caesar's. Read more
Just cancelled my order after it did not show for 1 hour and 50 minutes after I placed the order over the phone. When I placed... my order, I was informed it would be 30 to 35 minutes. When I called them and asked where my pizza was and that I had beenwaiting almost two hours, this different person miraculously knew exactly which order was mine and told told me the wait was 1.5hours (just short of two hours and counting, and still don't have the pizza). I told him it was only 30 to 35 mins when I placedthe order and he told me that was not true. When I told him it was indeed true that was what I was told, he told me the firstindividual was mistaken and he would give me a $7 credit towards my next order, and that my pizza would be here in twentyminutes being that the driver was just leaving. So that's twenty minutes past the hour and 50 minutes that's already passed? Itold him that was unacceptable. He told me if I didn't like it, to order from a different Domino's next time. I asked if thatwas his idea of good customer service, and then he said sorry about it. Well I'm sorry it shouldn't be a different Domino's,just never Domino's ever again. I asked him to cancel my order, refunding my card. I have ordered at the same time of daypreviously and it only took 30 to 45 minutes max every time. I don't appreciate being lied to when you drop the ball, own up toyour mistakes instead of insuring no future business from me. I used to manage a Domino's myself in the second busiest locationin the state. It never took an hour and 50 minutes for a pizza to roll out of the oven, and we didn't lie to customers.
