This is a newer location and I think they are still trying to iron out some kinks. We got 2 wrong sandwiches and missing a side... of chedder cheese sauce. Overall, the order was fresh and we will be returning. We'll just check our order before we leave. Read more

I was so excited to see an Arby's on the North end. Soooo kuch better than the poor excise in the east end. Bright fresh... clean. The food came hot and fresh. I would have went for 5 stars but the manager seemed a bit out of sorts. Some one was sohappy that they created the perfect swirl on top of the ice cream but the manager said they did it wrong. Just went through the drive thru, their machine was not working for our debit card, handed them a $20 bill instead, then a... different worker comes back to the window and tells us she cannot accept our bill because the bank won?t accept it ripped inhalf. We then told her that it was not ripped in half when we gave it to her, and the lady proceeded to speak rudely to us andtell us she won?t take our money. We then took our ripped in half money and proceeded to pay with a different card. Notimpressed their staff ripped our money and then spoke to us so rudely. Will not use this location again. Read more
