Food and service was fine but lots of flies in restaurant
Very poor and slow service and VERY RUDE employees! Ordered an iced coffee, it was too bitter so I asked for an extra syrup and... milk/cream but the lady who I believe is the manager told me that she cannot do anything about it and the guy who was notwearing a proper uniform, no name tag, no hat and just wearing a plain black tshirt told me that he'll charge me an extra forthe milk/cream next time. I know there's a reason why they cannot take my cup of coffee but it is so easy to resolve this kindof issue without being sarcastic with the customer! Both of them cannot handle a little conflict in a very nice way, they evenlooked at each other and make faces. And because i'm complaining about it the lady even told me to call the head office. If Ican give a --10 stars I would do it. Do not work in a fast paced environment if you guys cannot handle a very small complaintwhere you can easily fix it and do not have an approachable attitude. if there?s negative stars i will give them -10. very poor customer service. managee or cashier arguing with customers and dont... know how to handle. We came to this place to eat and hoping that service would be great but not. Very disappointed with the twostaff who is also talking on their own language which i dont mind. Just because of a mistake of the cashier you lose a sale pluscustomer. I know you guys dont care anyways. But yeah not a great service restaurant and very rude customer service as per myopinion.
