My wife ordered fish and chips, tossed salad for her and i ordered ginger beef rice bowl before 2pm today. We have waited for... half an hour , Alex served the foods but theres no tartar sauce for fish and salad dressing. And they also served the gingerbeef rice bowl in a small plate without rice and toasted bread. So we called alex and tell her is this the one that weordered and she said yes! I told her where is the rice? So she grabbed the plate and went to the kitchen. We have waited foranother 10 minutes then the chef put the rice at bottom of the ginger beef in the same plate without toasted bread , and it'slike he mixed a 2 table spoon of rice under it, it was so disgusting and we're so disappointed, because we are not expectingthat kind of food to be serve as we can see the ginger beef rice bowl on the internet website it was presented verydifferently compared to what they served to us today. Had brunch this am. Waited for an hr. Food came cold and overdone. Bacon had to be sent back as it was burnt, it was replaced... and came cold. Sausage was overdone and tough. Waitress was going full tilt and doing a great job. To bad the kitchen wasn'tthe same. Read more

I had the worse fish and chips possible. The fish batter was awful. The waitress seemed anxious for me to leave before I was... even finished my beverage or even I'd I wanted a refill. I may use a scooter which doesn't mean I should be made as though Iwasn't welcome in the restaurant. I'll go out o my f way to go to the Golden Mile location where the staff was more thanwilling to make sure I felt welcome. I assume it was the manager who was more than willing to make sure my scooter was out ofthe way. I felt welcome there and treated with respect. Read more

My adult daughter and I went for veal cutlets. They used preformed commercial patties which they deep fried, not hand battered... veal. The gravey was very nice. The mixed veggies looked and tasted like they would have been good for lunch but we were therefor dinner. Both of us selected mashed potatoes and gravey.
