The food was fine. Nothing stood out above average and nothing fell below average. It was simply okay. It is the service that... was unexcusable. We are accustomed to longer wait times for meals to be prepared than pre-covid. On the occasion the meals cameto the table prior to the oysters from the raw bar. When we questioned the food runner about the appetizer he was very shortwith us and blamed someone else. When we questioned our server he promptly blamed someone else, muttered a derogatory commentabout the situation and then got our appetizer. A simple apology would have gone a very long way. Read more
Good place for seafood, though land lovers can also find burgers and such. Oysters were fresh and tasty, but took so long to... come, they arrived with the meal and then there was no room on the table so had to be gobbled down quickly without being able tofully enjoy. An entree was missed, so we had to wait for that too. Otherwise everyone was satisfied with their meals. Can onlyguess that service issues are related to staffing shortages these days. I've heard service had been great in previous years.Would visit again in the future as it is a go to place for the companions I was with. Read more
FINS Fish House and Raw Bar 6/28/22 Nothing to write home about. For starters, the reception at the front was unorganized and... frazzled with the amount of reservations that they were seating. They said they would call when my table was ready but an hourwent by and nothing. They seated us immediately when I went back to check. When we were seated it took 10 minutes for someone tocome to the table and acknowledge us. When our appetizer orders were taken, our waiter came back and told me there were no moreclams for the night. 15 minutes later, a table had 2 orders of clams at their table. When the main courses came out, 2 of ourentrees had the wrong sides and my order took another 10 minutes after everyone else was served. When I finally recieved myorder the asparagus was way over cooked and my fish was undercooked and not seasoned. (Picture below) I couldn't believe thatplate left the kitchen. I sent it back and ordered something else which I was hesitant to do because they messed up severaltimes and I was furious to the point where I wasn't hungry anymore. When my second meal came out the green beans side hadabsolutely NO seasoning on it and there were a bunch of random french fries mixed in with my plate, my other side was rice. Nota very welcoming atmosphere and I won't be back. During our 5 day visit this restaurant was the worst one and only one we had abad experience with service and food. Read more

We waited for a table, and when seated, took well over 10 minutes for a server to come to the table, we ordered right away, and... 30 minutes later, we were done with out appetizers and drinks still hadnt come out. Not even offered any water while waiting fordrinks. Definitely not the experience I expected and do not recommend. However- the brussels were fairly tasty. Read more
