My friend and I came here for the first time during the fall. We ordered the Hawaiian Garlic Shrimp, The Loco Moco Burger, and... the Big Kahuna Burger. The shrimp appetizer was delicious. It was flavorful, the shrimp was tender, and wonderfully butter.However, the burgers were very average; the patties in both dishes were flavorless and lacked any basic seasoning like salt orpepper. The rice in the Loco Moco didn't stick together very well and was a little too firm. The fried egg was nice and runny.The Big Kahuna was alright, the pineapple ring surprisingly did not work with the burger. Come for appetizers and skip theentree. Read more
It feels a little franchise-y, but the food was better than average. Service was considerate and staff seemed pleasant. While... it's more of a seafood place, the flank steak was quality. Only complaint is the music volume. It's not deafening, but it'slouder than restaurant. This is the only aspect I found less than family/kids friendly. Read more

I frequent Nalu for the nachos. Never had a bad experience. Nachos, hibiscus bourbon drink and spicy margaritas are all awesome.... Great vibe, great customer service from hosts, servers and bartenders. All are welcome. Read more
