DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. This Starbucks is so frustrating. The drinks are a hit or miss. The last few times have been a miss... which is why I won't be coming back. The staff is friendly for the most part, but the drinks are poorly made and disgusting. Iorder simple drinks that are listed on the menu nothing special but they can't seem to get it right. The drive thru is downsometimes so you never know what to expect at this location. You will be happier if you choose a different location or coffeeshop all together instead of wasting your time and money. I prefer going to Teavolve downtown or Atwaters in Catonsville when Ihave more time in the morning. Read more
I?ve been going to this Starbucks since they opened. I?ve tried continuously to remain positive hoping they would work the kinks... out. Unfortunately it remains a terrible Starbucks. I feel like the employees just are not properly trained. I could order thesame drink every single day and it will be completely different every single day. Not only are the drinks hit and miss the waitis terrible. I?m currently 30min into a 3 drink order because they made the wrong drink. Instead of apologizing and moving onthey said oh it?s not our fault - you didn?t say it correct. I order this drink quite a bit and I know what to order. Maybe thebarista mistook what I said. Therefore apologize and move on. Yet, here I am still waiting 30min later for them to attempt tofix it. Just badly ran. I really hope they can improve but for now I?ll take the extra drive elsewhere. I really wish I hadn?t had a 1 star experience. I have lived in Reisterstown my whole life and I know how important it is that... these anchor stores do well. It?s always a gamble coming to this particular Starbucks location. My most recent visit, about 10minutes ago, was not the best visit I?ve had to say the least. After sitting in only a three car line for more than 10 minutes,I got up to the ordering kiosk in the drive thru, was put on hold more than once mid order, and picked up on errors while thebarista repeated back the order. Once I got up to the window I was greeted politely, which was nice, and paid but waited 3-4minutes with the window closed ? hearing all sorts of weird noises and convo. I hope the store was empty. Once the cashier cameback to the window, they handed me the wrong drink and didn?t even have a record of the order I placed. I waited another fouror five minutes for the two drinks I ordered to be made, and when they came out, the pumpkin spice latte was made incorrectly.The young lady working there didn?t even know what was in it. The whipped cream was missing in the pumpkin spices were missing.At this point, I was there for so long that I just wanted to go. I chalk this up as a loss and decided I?ll just ask for arefund later. Both drinks do not taste good. I am very disappointed. The shop used to be ran very well. This location is a joke! It has got to be the worst Starbucks I?ve been to. They decide to open and close whenever they feel... like it. Put up signs on the door telling people that they are short staffed so the inside is closed and you have to wait in theridiculous long drive thru line to pick up your mobile orders. People order ahead on the mobile app for a reason. Waited almost30 minutes for 2 drinks, and they made both drinks wrong. Read more
