This review is for the new lakeside location: We arrived just after 5?party of 3, 2 adults and 1 toddler. Our server came over... after 10 minutes to ask for our drink order. We had not been given menus yet. She said she?d be back with menus. 10 minuteslater she came back to get our dinner orders, still no menus. Someone else came up with menus and our drinks. Finally at 5:30 wewere able to place our order. She said the kitchen was closed and would reopen in 10 min but it would be about 30 minutes untilwe get our food. I appreciated the heads up. At 6:15 she showed up (has not come over once in the last 45 min to check on us orask if we?d like another drink). She says they still have not reopened the kitchen yet and our order hasn?t even been placed. Atthis point we are getting hangry, we have a 2 year old that is losing patience and we have to pick someone up at the airport in45 min, so we cancel our order and are ready to leave. The apology we get is ?sorry, we?re still working out the kinks. I?llbring your check for the drinks.? So we had to wait 15 more minutes to be brought a check for the 1 beer my husband drank. Theleast they could do was offer to comp our drink. (Btw, every table around us had food. Even people who arrived after us, butwere given menus right away.) So long story short we waited and hour and a half and did not get any food. With a toddler. Maybethe other location had their act together. Maybe the food is good. I don?t know. But I?d wait on going to the lakeside locationfor awhile until their kitchen figures out timing and their waitstaff learns better customer service. Read more

We live close by and love this place! Great drinks, awesome staff, and seriously delicious food. They have my favorite wings in... Reno thus far, their meatloaf sandwich is bomb, and their prime rib dip on Fridays is seriously delicious!!! Thanks for beingrockstars! Read more
Wow! I was so pleasantly surprised by this place! The food was super yum! I got the Buddha salad, soup of the day and deviled... eggs. I also got a Paloma like cocktail which was great. Our server Brain was super attentive, nice and fast! Highly recomendthis gem I've always just driven by! Read more
