I've lived in the area my whole life and I have seen this BK go on a downward spiral for the past couple years. This experience... was awful. My boyfriend and I placed a mobile order and went to go pick it up. I pulled up to the speaker and told the woman Ihad a mobile order. She was extremely rude on the speaker and also when we got to the window. They were all extremelydisorganized and then they were trying to find our order in a literal MOUNTAIN of receipts. She then walks back over and saysthere isn't an order under our name. I showed her the proof on my phone and she still said "sorry you're gonna have to justcancel and reorder". My boyfriend and I told her we wouldn't be reordering because this is just ridiculous. It's not the firsttime this has happened at this location.
