Usually really enjoy this movie theater, excellent quality always clean. However I overheard a manager named Nicole yelling at... an employee. Unsure of the issue but it was very unprofessional to experience as a guest waiting on popcorn. Thank you toeveryone else who makes the experience usually a positive environment. We had prepaid tickets and snacks which worked out very nicely. 3 stars because they have posted that the bathrooms are cleaned... every 30 minutes and both men's and women's bathrooms were disgusting. The theater seats were also dirty with popcorn and candywrappers so they were definitely not sanitized before our viewing. Quite disappointing. Update: Seats were clean this timethankfully! Read more
This place used to be sparkling clean. We walked in to watch the movie, entire Auditorium was covered in crumbles, popcorn and... sticky soda. At the entrance to each auditorium there is a note: "we wipe seats, but you can also wipe them too". We had to goover entire auditorium to find the least sticky from coca cola seats, wipe them from top to bottom, dry them with the papertowel from the toilet. We also wiped the floor to step on it so we dont glue on coca cola stickiness. Yuck. Toilets are smellyand dirty as well. 4 people at the front standing there to scan tickets, none of them cares. First time there. Went to a matinee which a first for a long time. Very enjoyable. Went with my son. As far as prices, ha, I... Remember double features for $ .25. That should tell you how old I am. Ha. Nothing better than big screen. And they havereclining seats. Good experience. Lg popcorn and lg drink $14 & change. What your definition of recession? We went to the movies on Thanksgiving day. This was our first visit to Century Summit Sierra theaters. (I was able to get better... seats to the movie we wanted to see than at theaters closer to home.) The theater did not disappoint. Our reclining seats werecomfortable and the sound system delivered crisp audio for our film. We won't hesitate to return to this theater. Read more
