When me and my sister were picking up a cake, we asked to put saying happy birthday on the cake and when we got it the... misspelled it. When we asked to get it fixed we got it back and it was all smudged and ugly, and a whole piece was out of thecake. Today 12/09/2021,I took my familly of 5 to get ice cream from cold stone we pulled in to their parking lot exactly at 9h40pm but... the door were locked,the signe posted at door for the hours of operation said that they close at 10pm ,i tried to get attentionof their stuff members but they keep ignoring us ,and even laughing at us then they gave us silent treatment .i drove fromsparks to reno to get ice cream ,what i get it's headache and deception .
