Wanted to treat some coworkers last night, was told it would be 30 minutes, after waiting we checked in and they said it would... be another 10. After 10 waited another 15 in the store for the food. The cashier then stated that he didn?t have enough chickento complete our order and it would be another 40 minutes. We thanked him for the heads up, requested a refund and left. Wearrived at 7pm on a Saturday night and they are open until 2am. Steep decline in customer service and quality over the lastyear. Used to be a great spot. When I had friends in town or new coworkers I would take them here, but the last few visit haveconfirmed this restaurant needs to make a change or lose their client base. OH MY LORD IN HEAVEN THAT CRAZY SPICE LEVEL WAS SPICY!!!! ???????????? the gorgeous woman at the counter warned me and SHE WAS... RIGHT! 100% gonna force all my friends who are also spicy lovers/thrill seekers to try ???? Had me and my kid brother in tears !Fries were great, crispy fresh and well seasoned. I do not know where these great reviews are coming from. Perhaps I had a bad batch but the breading came completely off while... trying to eat the chicken tender so I was left with a flavorless "breast". My fries tasted like fish as if the same oil wasshared and it's expensive to not even include a drink. To top it off, the ambiance is just plain strange. Awkward silence withno background music. Service is normally really decent but last night.. They got our orders completely wrong. I ordered Mild and my husband ordered... Crazy with no slaw. They marked a box crazy and it was hot with no slaw. The unmarked box that was supposed to be mild wasDEFINITELY crazy with slaw. Not cool at all for someone who wanted mild to begin with. I felt sick after that bite because itwas so hot. You gave me the hottest chicken available and where was the order of mild?? It wouldn?t even be as bad if you guysgot that part right.
