Wonderful elk, fantastic softshell crab. the NY strip steak was delicious, but I need to remember that strong flavors, like the... bleu cheese added to it, tend to distract from the wondrous steak flavor, and should be reserved for use on lesser cuts. IMHO,anyway. Read more
