My friends and I had the best experience at this location. From the cleanliness to the timeliness of the food coming out to the... taste to the quantity to the amazing service - all 5 star experiences! Honestly the service was above and beyond; Robert was ahuge part of why our night ended up being so great. His demeanor was helpful and personable, and he was always ready to get uswhat we needed quickly. Would highly recommend for any event or reason to celebrate. I was visiting the area when I came across this Macaroni Grill. I was pretty excited because this is the first one I’ve had... the opportunity to eat at in about four years. The host was very courteous and seated us right away but it kind of went downhillfrom there. The waitress although friendly Seemed a little discombobulated maybe because of staff shortages. I ordered orbruschetta hors d’oeuvres and a salad the entrée and two drinks from the bar. The drinks took the better part of 15 minutesto get. The salad came before the bruschetta which I would expect and vice versa. Eventually we got the entrées. The ravioliswere just OK they were cooked m what tasted like a wine sauce. The sauce was over bearing. I’m not trying to be a food criticbut I think these are things that should be brought to the attention of management. I’m sympathetic to businesses who are justtrying to survive the last few years. Almost all restaurants and other businesses are shortstaffed and trying to get by withwhat they can. Read more
