Went through drive-thru and placed an order and was told they were out of ground beef. I had an option of chicken or steak. I... chose chicken. After I received my receipt I realized they had charged me $1.40 extra per item that had chicken on it. I wasnever told of the extra charge and when I asked the cashier about it he just shrugged his shoulders and said that's the way itis. Bad experience for me. Read more
Pitiful! First of all I went to order. The woman behind the counter stated right away 'I'm going on break'. She then yelled... to the workers in the kitchen for someone to take my order. This took a good 3-4 minutes for someone to come to the frontcounter to take my order. I ordered the Cheesy Beefy Burritos as I had seen advertised on TV. They were the worst Burritos Ihave ever had. I managed to finish one of the 'not very desirable' things before I got up and left. It was very close to beingdisgusting! Never again will I go to this Taco Bell location. Read more

Unfortunately this is probably the worst tacobell around. It always takes forever and you're in the drive thru for at least... 20-30 minutes if you're not the first car there. Our last experience we sat in the drive thru and no one answered the intercomfor the car on front of us for over 5 minutes so they drove up and when we got there same thing and the car behind us the signwas on and lights on but don't believe there was anyone actually working which is unfortunate. In this time of post covid it'shard to find workers and all but at least shut down the store if you're gonna walk off. Read more
