Actually loved it but have only 4 stars due to the overload of garlic on the fries. I could've turned a regular fry into another... garlic fry lol. Ordered 2 burgers (1 dbl bacon cheese, 1 single bacon cheese), one order of onion rings and an order of mushrooms. Asked for... Ranch dressing, was charged for it but didn't get it until I went up there again to ask for it. All of the food was great! ...Upuntil a long, black hair was found embedded into one of the hand dipped onion rings. We are both blonde. So we went up andshowed the cashier. They took a look at it, and said, "thanks I'll let the kitchen know." And that was the end of it. No mentionof another onion ring order, no apology.
