This was an interesting curry spot. It has some strengths, and some drawbacks. Overall I would recommend this place for people... that are looking for quick take-out curry, or that don't have a lot of time (maybe on a lunch break), and don't mindgrease. Looks like there was some work in progress on the building too. Pros: Quick service Great music Cute interior Overallpretty tasty food Mango Lassi has really strong mango flavor (a plus, I think) Lamb and chicken (but especially the lamb) wereincredibly tender Rice was aromatically seasoned Cons: We weren't asked for a spice level option, butter chicken was verysweet. Lamb curry was a decent spice level, but I could've used a touch more. Curries were pretty greasy, and when it wasserved the grease was pretty separated in the bowl. Not very appealing, but you can stir it back in. Perhaps an ingredient thatcould help emulsify it? Rice is ordered separately...but one order is enough for 2 curries. Just seems a bit different. Maybeserve 8% less curry but it comes with choice of half order of rice or one naan? Naan MUST be ordered in pairs. I asked and wastold I cannot order one plain and one garlic, because orders are of 2. It just seems a bit different. A bit on the pricey sidefor what it is. $50 for 2 curries and 1 order of rice, 1 order of naan, and 1 lassi. That price seems more typical of a sit-downlocation with wait staff and silver platter-ware. Read more

We visited there for lunch and are delighted with the taste and quality of food. We ordered Dahi Bhala, Mango lassi for... starters; naan, dal makhani, bhindi for the main course. Everything tastes scrumptious but our favorite was dahi Bhala. Read more

This place lied about their food. It's prepackaged and microwaved, but they charge prices and talk to you like it's homemade.... One of the worst dining experiences of my life. Took one bite and left $90 worth of food on the table, didn't even bother tryingto get my money back because I felt so betrayed and didn't want to speak to the lady again. It's very telling when they can'tserve food on plates portioned out. Or they don't ask for spice levels. Looking back I should have known it was all going to bemicrowaved.
