Update: almost less than a year later and a few visits, I have to voice my disappointment. They have dropped dramatically in... quality. Wondering if they changed the head baker. For example, the raisin bread seems like a completely different recipe. Ihad raved about it to so many. The almond chocolate croissant is no longer in my top 5, so not what it was. Unfortunately Icould go on. I could only wonder why they would take a chance of destroying what lured me to their bakery in the first place. They now completely lost me as a client. First impression 8 months prior: My first time and certainly not the last. I rarelygive high notes on most bakeries because I find they've gone down in quality. Well, not at this place. The breads weredelicious and the almond chocolate croissant was among the very best I've ever had. Bravo. Read more
