Very spacious and really cool and interactive projector games on the floor and a few tables. Restaurant was clean and food was... fresh and timely. The lobby is closed from 2p-5p daily which isn't ideal but overall this is a great place with timely servicein a comfortable environment. Read more
We're going to start going to McDonald's in Spfd, until Whataburger opens. We're over it. The communication there is... non-existent anymore, we're never greeted. There's always an issue. And management handles stress very poorly. Signs brokentoday, couldn't confirm our order, tried to use a coupon and whoever is taking orders right now doesn't have the ability tocommunicate at all - I hope that wasn't a manager. She said I got it are you going to order? I'm sorry your screen is broke andI don't know what you're doing. After confirming coupon twice we still didn't get our fries. Receipt machine also broke so Ican't complete a survey. Guys in the drive thru are awesome! They've been the best part of our visits and they're probably theyoungest there.They should take orders too. Put that guy taking money on orders, he's a cool guy - consistently. It's yourmanagement. The employees are rarely kind and they do not have a pleasant demeanor. They all have a negative attitude and are short with... you. Their food does not taste fresh and it's always cold by the time I get home. Especially the fries. And you can't dine inbecause they won't open their doors. Drive to Nixa for better service and food. It's worth the drive to avoid this place, andjudging by all the reviews here, everyone has had the same experience. Take note management. Read more
