From the outside, this place doesn?t seem like much, but once you?re inside, your perception quickly changes. It is a super... cute, little diner with a friendly and attentive staff. And the food? man oh man it is delicious! Everything tasted super freshand so well made! All the flavors were just right and so well put together! I cannot wait to come back to try more items on themenu! I had the huevos rancheros and let me tell you? as someone who has eaten in Mexico and therefore have high standards forMexican dishes?this dish did not at all disappoint! So much joy in finally finding a small, community oriented diner. If you love a place where people know each other, servers are... familiar with your little quirks and the money is put into the food and not the decor....Zigs is the place for you. Dailyspecials, Monday to Friday, can't beat the prices. Portions are big, servers recommendations are BAM, food is off the hook. Breakfast potatoes are OMG!!! Get them!!! Menu is a book!! If you can't find something that tickles your fancy, you mightwant to check your pulse. Outdoor dining, in front or back. Ample parking. They close at 4. I can't really give a fair review because we happened to arrive at a particularly busy time. Even though we were seated almost... immediately and order taken soon after, we saw no food for another 45 minutes at least. I say at least because we had to leave,my elderly father in law simply could not wait any longer. Perhaps they had a staffing problem like do many others lately, butalso filling to-go orders at the same time the dining area was nearly full didn't help. Read more
