This CFA has gone way downhill in the last couple months. Our last three orders were screwed up AND missing items. Three orders... ago I found a hair in my fries. I?ve taken about a month between my last three orders (instead of our usual weekly visit) hopingit was just a fluke, or perhaps growing pains with new staff members. But the issues persist. I just had the absolute worst experience from a delivery order. The fries were so salty it literally made my head swim. The... manager was unwilling to do anything about it but rather blamed me for the saltiness of my order. The catering manager BobbyFrederick is fantastic at this location, but unfortunately this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and I will no longerbe patronizing this location. Update: After finishing my meal, including the salty fries I would have to say this is the mostdisgusting Chick-Fil-A experience that I've ever had. I never thought I would say that about Chick-Fil-A but it's somethingabout this location. They just don't seem to follow the "Chick-Fil-A food preparation Bible or something. I hate to leave thisreview because again the catering manager and owner are so nice and accommodating but this is just unacceptable. They handed me the wrong order, without realizing it I paid for it, it cost more than what my order cost. I went back through... the line and there was a long wait because of the misunderstanding.
