I asked for a mocha. I got a watered down coffee with barely a taste of chocolate in it. My boyfriend was the one that went in... and he said that they didn't even offer whip cream when I asked where it was. Also he says they were standing there having anargument while the few customers watched. I've always got good service at Timmy's... Not here. My drink tastes awful and I'mon a road trip so can't go back. Avoid. First time at this location and I won?t be back. Ordered a plant-based breakfast sandwich for my girlfriend a few minutes... after 11am. Was told only later that they were ?out? of Impossible meat. When I asked for a refund (which they didn?t evenoffer, I had to ask) the manager admitted they only offered it until 11am and weren?t ?out?. When I asked why the sign saidserved until 4pm, his face couldn?t hide he knew it was stupid. Also, it was crowded and nobody seemed to know what was goingon. Coffee tasted old and burnt. I travel for work been all over canda and this has to be the worst tim i have ever been to. Ordered a tea just a regular tea... told them what type and what size they then took 20 minutes to even get the order right. Then we waited anither 10 for theactual tea.
