Quite possibly the worst Dunkin Donuts I ever go to, it's one of the closest and most convenient locations, yet I find myself... driving out of the way to go to another better Dunks whenever I have the time due to the constant issues and poor food quality.Found a cheese wrapper in my sandwich this time, the other half of my order was wrong because they didn't have a bunch ofitems. Order took forever to make, I stood in the empty lobby watching tickets for food pile up as one person made coffee andthe other two just went back and forth moving things and "cleaning" instead of making the orders coming in, they were not busybut only one person was actually working. They said they were ?cleaning? kitchen even though the guy was talking to his friend and telling everyone the can?t make drink... since he was cleaning and that machine was down. To be honest I would recommend the Dunkin? near beach st in revere,Massachusetts and I would avoid this place and don?t come to this Dunkin ???????????????? Read more
Takes them more than 30 minutes to make your order. Don't get anything except a cup of coffee, otherwise you'll be stuck waiting
Asked for a fresh cup of coffee and was told that some was brewing and if I'd care to wait a few minutes. Waited for it and then... was given old ,stale, burnt coffee instead. Employees screwing around with customers is my guess. Avoid this store. Go to theone on Shirley Ave they're much nicer!! Read more

Several times had to wait in... store 10+ minutes for a mobile order.. when they just forgot to mention something wasn't working and what I wanted instead. Notsure what changed used to be very efficient and good quality. Don't do mobile orders here, with inconsistent stock of donuts,you often don't receive the one you ordered. Read more
